Flowers
The LUMS campus also has an amazing variety of flowers that bloom at different times of the year. Some of the highlights of flowers include, Amaltas, Bottle brush, Rose, Knair, Sunflower, Ixora, Jasmine, China rose, Mawa, Gul-e-cheen, Gul-e-nishtar, Gul-e-mast, Chandni, Gul-mohar etc. One of the most fascinating flowers present at UMS are the Amaltas flowers that appear at around 45℃ in the hot summer. These natural arrays of yellow flowers, when blossom, give a pleasant feeling at a temperature where every creature is feeling scorching heat.
